All New students must complete the New Student Application Form, Tuition Contract, **Blackbaud Form, Permission to Publish Form, Internet Policy Agreement, G-Suite for Education Agreement, and Health Form, which can be found under Admissions Documents. The Verification of Parishioner Status is only required for K-8 families who wish to pay the "in-parish" tuition rate. A non-refundable deposit of $175.00 per family, and a copy of your child's birth certificate is due at the time of registration. New students entering K-8 must also complete the B6T Form and HSA Paperwork.
Returning families must submit the $175 registration fee; a Verification of Active Parishioner Status (if claming the "in-parish" tuition rate); Blackbaud Form (if using Blackbaud for tuition payments); Internet Policy Agreement; G-Suite for Education Agreement; and Health Form, and complete the online registration form. Returning students entering Kindergarten through 8th grade must also complete the B6T Form.

An optional red polo shirt with embroidered school logo has been added to our uniform for grades K-8. This can be worn by boys instead of the Oxford shirt and tie, and by girls with the skirt or pants, instead of the white blouse.
