Bio: My name is Olivia Klaar. I graduated from Stockton University with a liberal studies degree with minors in disability studies, and childhood studies. I have always known that I wanted to become a teacher. This is my first year at DMA! My Catholic faith is very important to me, and I love that I get to share and educate it with my students in the Pre K3 curriculum. I’m surrounded by colleagues who share the same passion for supporting and inspiring students . There’s a collaborative spirit here at DMA that makes every day feel fulfilling, as we work together to create a positive and engaging learning environment for our students! Teaching Philosophy: My teaching philosophy is that early childhood education should be personalized, supporting creativity, and a lifelong love of learning. I see each child as a unique individual with their own strengths, needs, and learning styles, and I believe it’s my role to create an environment that honors and supports their growth in every area socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically.
